A wonderful & easy experience. She’s very thorough, empathetic and showed much kindness. Explained her findings but also ordered tests to confirm her decision and explained follow up treatment. Really really loved her.

She is very nice and efficient. Very easy to work with. Front desk staff is a different matter. I would rate them a one. They are rude and condescending. Absolutely no empathy.

I saw her for the initial visit for the implant of a special nerve stimulator. She does the minor surgery to install the lead wire(s) of the external device for the trial of the stimulator and then removes the lead(s) at the end of the trial. She is very personable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I recommend her.

Dr. Reddy initially comes across sweet but quite full of herself. I had chronic, moderate/severe pain in my left thigh and groin. I was given an Xray, MRI. I was sent to a Neurologist, Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, they read the images and met with me for 3 minutes to explain to me that I had a 'compressed' nerve in lower vertebrae requiring pain management for relief: possibly surgical options at a later time. My pain was worsening by the week ( 13 weeks had gone by now). She proposed a spinal injection to relieve the pain. I was scheduled (5) yes, five weeks out for the procedure. I asked her for oral pain meds and prescribed a 2 wk Rx of Tramadol. It did little to diminish the pain. She refused to prescribe anything stronger. I went through 2 series of spinal injections and received little to no relief. Again REFUSED to help with orals and got agitated. Final outcome, I needed a total hip replacement. I didn't have a nerve problem, it was having muscle spasms in my thigh.

Dr Reddy had a specific solution during first visit. I went thru a painful qualification test which failed. My follow up meeting, I was told there was only one other option, acupuncture. I went thru the four sessions which didn’t provide any relief. When I went back to Dr Reddy, she said nothing more could be done!
