I saw this rude woman a week ago. She was almost an hour late seeing me (50 mins exact) and when she came in even though she was first pleasant she did not apologize about the wait. She didn't want to take accountability and blamed the front desk and I advised her they did a great job making sure I was checked in as I got there 20 mins early per the text/email request. It was waiting on her in the waiting room that was not acceptable. I mentioned politely that her being dismissive about it was not professional and a simple acknowledgement about being late and sincerely apologizing would’ve been good customer service. She mentioned I could see another provider if I wanted too. I told her ok, thank you. Then when I asked her politely about why a medication, I normally get a year supply of she only gave me 3 months she had an attitude laugh and said “I don’t know. You tell me do you need a year supply?” I kept my composure and I told her yes because typically they give it to me. She said it’s not “They” its every provider has different procedures and I said yes, it is “they” because its more than one provider that has done this for me over 20 years without me asking. You are the first. She is rude, has bad customer service and doesn’t take accountability. I won’t come back to her again.

Holier than Thou
Dr. Reddy's nurse is helpful. Dr. Reddy is not. She only wanted to discuss my weight. Anytime I voiced concern with her, she went back to "you need to lose 25 pounds and you will feel better". As a 3 time Ironman finisher, I do not feel that she viewed her patients individually. She put on an air of superiority every time that I met with her. I will continue to use Village Medical but I will not see Dr. Reddy again. I would recommend against using Dr. Reddy unless all other physicians in Houston are unavailable.

My husband went to Dr. Reddy when he first had symptoms. She misdiagnosed him for months and months. She spent only a few minutes with him at each visit and really didn't try to understand what was wrong with him while he was getting very sick over time. We went to specialists on our own and found out that he has a very serious disease, and I just hope it is not too late to treat him and save his life. Because of her inability to find out what was wrong with him and follow-up with appropriate care and testing, my husband is now fighting for his life. We went to her early in the disease, but she didn't spend enough time to find out what was really going on.

Not so good
I went to Dr. Reddy seeking a long term new primary care physician. I explained this to her. I hoped to have a good relationship and stick with this new doctor. It was for my annual visit, bloodwork etc and to seek treatment for an issue. She was not kind and minimally helpful. I could tell this was distasteful to her. She asked some questions and left. The nurse came in send me to do bloodwork. I asked when doc was coming back. Oh she is done. Not coming back. No "nice to meet you", "the next step is..", "we will contact you after results come back". Just walked out. I told the nurse no need to do bloodwork. I wouldn't be coming back. I received a survey and filled it out honestly. No one responded from Village Medical. I then received a bill. It was not coded correctly. It was an annual visit. Per my insurance should not have been a charge. I called the billing supervisor. Was told he would contact me once reviewed. Never called back. Entire experience very disappointing.

The doctor spends as little time as possible with you. She does not order many tests or labs and she is real timid about prescribing much needed meds. I will go elsewhere.

I saw her May 2017 & told her I’d had a baby the previous Sept & being treated for Postpartum Depression but wasn’t feeling right. She ordered blood work but said I should just lose weight and would feel better. Specifically, she told me to drink SlimFast. I returned a month later having had diarrhea for two weeks straight and wasn’t able to keep water down w/o vomiting for 2 days. She told me I seemed NERVOUS the last time and it was just that. It turned out I had C-Diff which was very serious.

She was very personable. However, my appt was at 11:15 and I wasn’t seen until 11:57. They saw a patient who arrived after me with an 11:45 appt before me. And then they blamed the front desk for not checking me in. The women at the front desk was fantastic and showed my checkin before my appt time. I understand getting behind but passing the blame was disappointing:( It’s now 12:43 and I’m just leaving.
