Been a patient of Dr Uppalapati for a number of years now and I'm quite pleased with care I've received. Dr Uppalapati is aptly qualified and is able to address all my medical concerns in a professional and compassionate manner whilst being direct and NO NONSENSE in her approach towards a treatment plan. Staff is wonderful also! They have always worked me in if I've been sick and needed to be seen, and on the ball with making sure any and all lab requisitions are faxed to appropriate facilities in a timely manner so I don't have to worry about it; as well as any correspondence that may be needed. It is handled! Excellent office, only hope they continue to take my insurance because I don't have any plans on going to another practice. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

Dr. Uppalapati is the most conscientious wise and calm Dr. I have ever seen. She knows what she is doing and I trust her completely.

I have been going to Dr. Uppalapti for several years. In my first visit she distinguished herself. I was going to Ethiopia on a mission trip and wanted to discuss needed vaccines. She had researched it prior to my visit and was prepared, not one of these things were she looks it up while I'm in the exam room. Over the years she has always been very proactive about caring for my health. For example, I went today and she also asked if I had my annual eye exam and mentioned that next year I would be due for my colonoscopy. If you want a primary physician that has a heart of gold, intelligent and proactive then look no further. She also has long term office staff who are exceptional. I've had times in the past where I needed to see the doctor and they have gotten me in the same day. They are also very caring and competent. Her office is conveniently located near I-4, is a single practice, no PA and she spends the proper amount of time with you. I highly recommend her.

Pt for 16 yrs. I needed a vital refill for meds would not refill because I had not visited. I’m also a pt at Mayo for a serious illness and they have access to these records, for yrs I go to Mayo several x a year so I’m receiving the best of care. Would not even fill for 5 days while on vacay. I understand policies , but I then tried to call back and my calls were intentionally ignored. I called from a different number and the phone was answered on the first ring. The receptionist was incredibly disrespectful. I will never tolerate being treated this way especially from a health care provider. I’m in my 50’s and was forced with the inconvenience of finding a new provider. I’ve left the practice for a new physician.

Dr Uppa is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to listen to patient concerns and address them in a thorough manner. Her office staff are awesome and quickly attend to your questions and needs .

I've been a patient of Dr. Uppalpati for 14 years. She always listens to my concerns and follows through with her actions. I've been seeing her more often lately for long covid problems and she is truly worried about my health.

I love Dr. Uppalapati, she is a NO nonsense doctor, She gives you her medical opinion based on lab values, weight, etc. She is conservative which is not a bad thing because you always want to try less invasive and lower side effect options. I have been with her for the last 7 years and my whole family sees her. The staff are very friendly and accomodating.

Dr Uppalapati is an excellent physician ... perceptive, informative, keeps me on tack with what I should be focused on for good health. Her staff are always friendly, efficient and personable. Waiting times are minimal and they accommodate me when time and scheduling permits. I am very pleased with all aspects of care I receive.

Dr. Uppalapati has been our doctor since relocating to the area in 2010. Her and her staff are caring and knowledgable. You never have to wait for your appointment. Whenever I need to see them they fit me in. They were great with my 90 year old mom as well until she passed. If you are looking for a doctor who will understand your needs and provide you with great care this is the doctor.

Dr Uppalpati is an incredible, caring physician who provides exceptional care with a truly personal touch. Her dedicated staff, Shereen and Carina are extremely knowledable, caring and professional. They make you feel like you are always in great hands no matter the severity of the ailment. I highly recommend this practice for you to be your primary physician. I have been a patient of Dr. Uppalapati for several years now, and I have been overly pleased with the care she provides, her ability to simplify medical informations, her "bedside" manners, her warmth and professionalism. Her office staff, Shereen and Carina exhibit the same professionalism, competence and friendliness. They are knowledgeable, with great social and communication skills.

I have been going to Dr. Uppalapati for years. She was the only Dr to recognize some of my symptoms might need a specialist and she worked with the cardiologist to see me quickly. My mom and my husband both now see her as their Dr as well. She is reserved, but genuine and kind. Her staff has been the same for years, which speaks volumes (!) and Shereen and Carina are personable and helpful. The entire office makes me feel welcome and is always willing to help.

. I am an R.N. and dr. U has been my doctor since 2010. To my husband and I she is the best. She is smart, and remembers everything. I have some chronic illness and she is very good at keeping an eye on our health and is very up to date on medical advances. Also her staff is wonderful and have helped me with a problem several times

She is excellent. Caring, thorough and competent. I would give her 10 stars if I could. She is a great coordinator of your care and an excellent primary care physician! I have been going to her for several years. On my first visit I was going to a mission trip to Ethiopia and was so impressed that she took the time, in advance, to research the vaccinations needed. I'm so grateful for her and her staff, this is a very special practice.
