I'm 76 years old and have had several extremely bad experiences, including a surgeon at another hospital performing the wrong surgery on my back. Dr. Reddy listened and explained things to me as an equal, not talking down to me. Many doctors after you're over si ty no longer see you as a person anymore. She had direct eye contact and showed empathy that I haven't seen or heard from a doctor in years.

Definitely Not
I worked very hard trying to find a cardiologist that specialized with patients receiving cancer treatments that would monitor me to make sure it was safe to continue treatments. Dr Reddy contacted my by phone with a heart failure diagnosis. I immediately tried to contact her by phone and MyChart with important follow up questions. Her Nurse said I would have to make an appointment to get my two questions answered, which was 3 weeks out. I needed the answers right away to be able to continue my cancer treatment. After testing, Dr. Reddy should have done. Her diagnosis was incorrect
