Not reliable
I asked my nurse at Jefferson Hospital for a pain pill at 8PM, she said she text DR Menon at 8PM, 9PM, 10PM and 11PM and got no response from DR Menon at 1:45AM she said he text her back approving the pain pill that was delivered from the pharmacy at around 2:20AM. Why should a patient have to wait 6 Hours for a pain pill.When I asked DR Menon about it the next morning, he said he didn’t receive ANY text until 1AMI asked the charge nurse if she could get me a copy of the nurses text messages to DR Meon, she got a printed copy of them and confirmed that DR Menon was text at 8, 9, 10, and 11PM There are several other instances of fabrication but I don’t want to spend all day typing it out.I would not refer him to anyone!!!!!!!!

Dr. Menon and Staff - Jefferson Hills Office.
Dr. Menon and his staff are the best! 100% of the time I have called his office (on HWY 51 in Jefferson Hills) the staff has immediately addressed needs for appointments, prescriptions, etc. Dr. Menon himself is very thorough and listens to his patients!

Poor regarding my elderly mom. I took her to UPMC Shadyside Senior Care. He overlooked swelling in her feet, ankles, legs when she was hospitalized couple with him and other doctors using scare tactics to force her to get an endoscopy. He refused to write a prescription while she was vacationing with my brother and his wife in Florida knowing she suffers from severe arthritis. I don't recommend this doctor especially for senior citizens. Her new PCP is doing a great job. He and his colleagues noticed the swelling and attended to it immediately.

Dr.Menon is a very compastionate dr. I am always in great hands when i come to either of his offices. His staff is wonderful & they make u feel like ur family. Anytime i have an issue, he fits me in the schedule some how.,, What other dr does that? I would HIGHLY recommend this dr to anyone that is in need of a terrific pcp.
