Dr. Hepburn initially seemed concerned and ready to help me with my problem. I began to have serious reactions to the medication she prescribed and asked for help. She did not return my many email messages, she did not respond to the voicemails I left at the clinic, she finally called back once and gave me a regimen to taper off of my medication which didn't help. I called her and emailed her back asking for a different dose of my medicine and never heard back from her. The nurse at the clinic called late in the day to tell me an Rx was ready for me.
