My opinion.
Every time I visited Dr. Rutkowski's clinic I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The care is always outstanding all the way from start to finish. Dr. Rutkowski and her extremely professional and supporting staff put forth a high level of effort to deliver results. Shout-out to the lady at check-in, Monika Badocha and stellar nurse Anna Gramer. They are absolutely phenomenal, always! From the atmosphere to the health approach, I always receive kind and professional help from Monika, Anna, and Dr. Rutkowski. They are allfriendly, kind, and, wonderful ladies.

Staff is Terrible
I didn’t have a problem with her, but her office staff are terrible. It takes several days to respond to a voice mail. Her nurse is particularly rude and unhelpful. After three years, I switched primary care providers.

I've read the comments in here about Rutkowski. I had to laugh... She isn't worth 4 stars... She isnt very knowledgable... She is very cold .. she stares at you coldly... I'd like to know what planet the people are on that gave her 4 Stars.

I left with a list of 12 different specialists she wanted me to see and a huge list of diagnoses. She doesn't have the knowledge or experience to actually treat a patient

Dr. Rutkowski was online able to provide refills for my migraines during my appointment. I found her unhelpful and cold. I will be looking for another primary care doctor but not returning to see her. Through dealing with her and the office, it seems that all that the doctors cares about is the booking of appointments not helping the patient.

Absolutely one of the worst doctors have ever seen. She told me she couldn't view what antibiotic I took last in the exact same practice, then it would take too long , then suddenly she says "Cipro". She's lazy has a terrible bedside manner. Absolutely doesn't even listen. Which is important if you don't know someone. Not only that she can't read a chart. As a healthcare professional I tried to cut her a break but her attitude and techniques shouldn't even be allowed in medicine.

In my first visit, I was not sure she would be a good fit either. She was less engaging than other physicians I've had. But since then, I have found her to be both engaging and interested in addressing my health issues. She pays attention to the test results and is responsive.

Dr. Rutkowski had just started practicing at ProHealth when I scheduled an appointment. I was trying to get with another recommended physician at that location but they were not taking new patients. When I first met Dr. Rutkowski it was very awkward as she seemed rigid and unfriendly. I've had several visits since then and not much has changed. I will need to find a new physician, unfortunately.

I had the exact same experience as the person above me. She never looked up from her laptop...never acknowledged my baby who was with me..."what are you here for?" was her opening question. Ridiculous bedside manner. However, if you don't want your physician to see "the whole person," this is the place for you!

First visit...waited 60 minutes to see the doctor who entered the exam room, plopped into a chair next to a laptop, introduced herself as Dr. Rutkowski (while looking at the laptop) and then proceeded to ask why I felt like a needed a refill on a prescription. It took a while before the doctor actually looked at me acknowledging I was an actual person in the room with her. Needless to say I'm looking for a new doctor.
