I’ve been seeing Dr. Alchaer for about 4 years now. Recently I’ve had a recurring infection that isn’t being treated properly or examined - not responding to medications. I have missed many days of work due to being sick and I still have no answers/ no idea what is wrong with my body. I feel as if there is little to no concern for my health or risk of their being an underlying condition. When asked if she could please fill out FMLA paperwork due to me being out of work frequently for being sick she said no I don’t do that for a sore throat. But it’s more than a sore throat - it’s a 2nd strep infection within weeks of each other and other symptoms which won’t respond to antibiotics. Currently looking for a new doctor since Alchaer doesn’t seem concerned about my health - even after mentioning leukemia just weeks ago due to high white blood cells that recently improved. I’ve never felt so in the dark about my health. I have no answers.

Dr. Alchaer manages my overall health extremely well. Her office staff is on top of things and the time spent in waiting room is very rarely longer than my appt time.

DO NOT go to Dr. Alchaer. Not only does she speed through exams, but she clearly takes horrible notes. I asked for help with some fatigue issues knowing my family has history of a thyroid problems, and she sent me for bloodwork. My insurance would not cover the bloodwork because Dr. Alchaer wrote no notes regarding the matter and they had no record of the reasoning as to why I had the bloodwork done. Not only is the staff rude and unhelpful, the office feels cluttered and unclean.
