Dr. Maher Barsoum, DDS

Specific appt for root canal #31 that was done 2023, I was told that my appt is for root canal #18, no notes in my medical records pertaining to #31... proceed to take ct scan, seen Dr Ryan, informed him that #31 is my main concern. He reviewed xray explained the xray, he said it looks ok, he stated that I should see perio for further eval. I was concern about ct scan results, I have to ask to review it with me, took a while cause he have to look at it. Have the impression that he did not look at it before he proceed to #31 evaluation. In conclusion, need to have a clear and concise note evaluation to accommodate my specific requested appt.

I love coming here. Dr. Le and Dawn are wonderful. They are very thorough, friendly, and professional. They do a great job. They never lie or try to upsell me. Very honest people. I ordered a night guard. Dr. recommended it. I trust his judgment and I ordered one. Got fitted or molded for a top guard. Easy process. Insurance doesn't cover it so I paid $300 out of pocket. That's fair. Decent price. Care is beyond good. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Oh, and the office is spotless. Cleanest and shiniest floors around guaranteed. This is the Nordstroms of dentistry.

Dr Barsoum, Dr Andy and the entire Chino Hills staff are outstanding. I will never go to another dentist. They are very honest, thorough and gentle. I never feel that I am having unnecessary procedures just to make a buck. I highly recommend Dr Barsoum Chino Hills.

Never had a bad experience with anyone at office. Always checking to make sure I am comfortable during cleaning or other procedures. Tough to get an appointment yet I am willing to wait for a "enjoyable" dental experience

From my first visit. I was extremely welcome by dr. Barsoum, the amount of kindness and reassurance I received made me trust this place blindly. They never push you for any treatment, their no1 purpose is to make you comfortable and relaxed. The Doctors are amazing (Dr. Andy Tawfik and Dr. Adalat) were both great, professional and reassuring. The clinic is beautiful and the assistants are great. Definitely recommend !

I recently transitioned my college children to Barsoum Dental. They absolutely love it. Every single staff member in the office is courteous, caring...genuine. Everyone cares about your comfort and concerns. You will never have questions, because they explain everything to you in a way you can understand. Office is always sanitized, clean, and fresh. From the office staff, to the hygienists, and all the assistants and physicians, top notch care from everyone. You will enjoy going to the dentist and leave motivated to stay on top of your dental health:)

Inviting waiting area - clean, spacious and upscale as usual. Less than 2 minutes on check in process and wait. Personnel compassion and professional skill on visit. We have been with Dr. Barsoum for more than 10 years.

Dr Benyamein and her staff are amazing. They do a great job! I'm super happy with the service and the outcome all the time. Highly recommend to see Dr. Benjamin for any dental treatments.

It is a very nice place, well-decorated, they will even play a movie for you while you get work done. The care is very good, my hygienist is very caring and sweet and remembers me even though I have only been to her twice in the last 2 years. The reason I didn't give them five stars is two-fold. 1. The cash price is high compared to other dentists. 2. They have accepted too many clients so if you get sick and miss your appointment, you may not be seen for 6 months. We may look for another dentist because of these two things, in actuality, despite liking them.

Exceptional customer service provided by ALL staff. Appointment started right on time, hygienist explained everything that would be done during the appointment, and dentist was very thorough and answered all questions. Overall, this office is the best when it comes to care and customer service.

Dr. Barsoum is the nicest and most gentle dentist I have ever been to!! He is very informative and trustworthy. He will do anything possible to make you feel comfortable. Thorough and down to earth. He explains everything he's doing and looking at. For example, Dr. Barsoum walked me through the x-ray results, discussed next steps, etc.

From the first call to the office you are welcomed by friendly, helpful staff. Then when you get to the office it is AMAZING! And Dr. Barsoum is so gentle and caring. He listens to all of your concerns and doesn't pressure you into treatment. His assistants are great also. I would highly recommend him to everyone. You won't be disappointed!
