He has been my doctor for over 20 years and I love his work and his staff.

I’m a first time mom currently 39 weeks pregnant and I been trying over a month to get all my papers for my disability-maternity leave. The receptionist is irresponsible, rude, messy, and doesn’t care. There’s one that is manipulative. She tells you to do something and then to do something else in front of the doctor. I had never experienced such a bad costumer service in a doctor office before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I went to two appointments on his Wayne office to which I took the first appointment of the day since I have to be at work early, both times the office opened late. On top of that the doctor is condescending (specially about the language) and doesn’t listen to you but since I needed surgery and wanted to get it over with I scheduled a third appointment over the phone on a Saturday 9am now they failed to mention the appointment was in another office. I was out of the office for 24 minutes when I called them they just told me I needed to come to the other office, stupidity I go there instep of just looking for a new doctor. They didn’t even apologize and tell me I should have known and I said “how if they don’t tell me at the moment we set up the appointment” Made me wait another 25 minutes and when I complained they said they had people before me like they have not waisted an hour and an half of my Saturday. I walked out and if they change my insurance I’m fighting it.

He did not listen to me at all. He only cared about if i had insurance. Bad doctor should retire

My mom is so happy with this doctor because he is very patient and has a lot Love for he doing...and Customer services are so nice with customer they help my mom a lot

He milked insurance payments throughout my whole pregnancy which was completely healthy and no concerns and most upsetting when I was 38 weeks pregnant he told me out of nowhere that I was scheduled to be inducted the next week. I had a healthy delivery with my first daughter no complications and went into labor on my own. I asked why I would be induced and he said so he could be there. I explained that I did not want to be induced and questioned why i would be and he laughed at me and said what do you think you can have the baby on your own... like um hello how have women done it for centuries?? I explained i wanted to go into delivery on my own and to wait to atleast 40 weeks and he told me if i dont get induced i would need to find a new doctor at 39 weeks. Which is impossible I was left angry and scared and wouldnt wish on anyone the feeling i was left in. I never went back and guess what my body went into labor on own 40 weeks 5 days healthy baby at a hospital who respected me

He's a pleasant person too talk to and he listens too me more than my previous obgyn. I haven't waited too long and it went smooth.
