Dr. Mahmudul Haque, MD

I understand that uninviting front desks, waiting areas and exam rooms don't take of your illness, however these impression help. Old brown broken, damaged window blinds,, and old dark brown water spots on the exam room ceiling were repulsive. I feared mold behind them. Operationally, this practice needs a lot of help. I spent a total of 2 and one half hours and NEVER saw Dr Hauge. His assistant we saw was dry with a poor bedside manner. He asked very few questions and we sat there while he read my Lakeland Reagional Health reports, typing and jotting notes. All the info that he typed and asked was submitted twice in the last three days and I still has to do some again. The reports should have been read BEFORE we went into his office.. The 'office' consisted of two small rolling tables and two laptops, one in use, the other sat on a charger. While there the one he used ran out of powe, we had to wait while he changed it and resigned into the other. I'll not return.

Been a patient since 2019 when admitted to Winter Haven Hospital by Dr Hague. At that time I was placed on Prednisone & have been on decreasing dosages since. Tried to refill my prescription today & was told there is no history of being on the drug so cannot refill. PA was to call me today, but as usual never received the call. Office staff refused assistance. Stay away from this practice.

The worst doctor I have ever seen. Language barrier, does not explain anything, I had to ask all questions, and couldn't understand the answer. Terrible bedside manners. Just walked out when he was done, and not saying a word. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

Not Good, rushed and felt I wasn't heard.

Dr was 1 hr late for procedure. I was unable to get a call back to follow up with the Dr. Staff can not be bothered and are very rude. I changed DR's. They do not care about their patients.

I like the staff in this office especially Brenda. She really radiates professionalism when working/helping me and my husband. Dr. Haque has seen us for 4 years now and is a great physician but I feel he needs to communicate more with the patients. I didn't feel like my concerns were concerning to him. He had his back to me the whole time I was in his office and I know he heard that I was talking but not listening to what I was saying...as he did not respond. But overall we have always been treated well.

Dr. Haque is very thorough and will work to find working solutions for my very sensitive problems. I have been with him for 8 years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my care!!

I think that Dr. Haque has experience with this field and he is professional. But as a client I feel that he could explain himself more and reserve the time to hearing the needs of his patients. He works too fast and sometimes its good to slow down. I do like him and I think he is a good doctor. But sometimes you have to put your patients first and cater to their needs. Slow down and take your time, dont rush to give an answer. Hear us out.

the doctor and nurse practitioners are caring and very knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and willing to help in any way that they can. If they don't know the answer they are willing to go to all lengths to find the correct answer.

I would never go to this place again even if my life depended on it. They are trying to charge me $75 for an appointment I cant go to because I am sick which they knew that day. They made the apt on fri the 13th for tue the 18th but they say they require you to cancel 3 days prior to the apt.. How exactly am I suppose to that when I didn't have 3 days?! The manager was rude and unhelpful and didnt understand the fact that I didnt know that they were going down my throat for sure I thought I had a choice. I would never trust these heartless unprofessional people with any surgery

Terrible place. At least the one in Lakeland. I made an appointment to see Dr. Haque and ended up seeing some nurse who didn't even introduce herself. It was like paying for Lexus and getting a Chevy. All the staff were rude, place stank to heaven not to mention the long wait.

Scheduled for colonoscopy 6-10-19, so began purge routine 6-7-19. Was told I would be notified of time to arrive for procedure, but I never was. Found app't at Winter Haven Ambulatory Surgical Ctr was rescheduled to 7-26-19 without my knowledge and no notification whatsoever from Haque or his staff. Very rude and unprofessional!!! Not recommended!!! 3 days of misery and keeping my ride on the hook for NOTHING!!!

Doctor was rude "why are you here?" Walked out of exam room without introduction or anything. Gave me a dirty look as he left the room. Office is disgusting and filthy. Will never go back here.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! He was sent a referral from my PCP and he ask me why are you here? My response to him was didn't you receive my referral and continued to tell him why because he couldn't seem to pull up my info on the computer. I tell him that my blood count showed that I had celiac disease and he said that blood test can be inconclusive so maybe we should do another endoscopy. My reaction to him was NO..... and left his office!!!

Dr. Mahmudule Haque, is very knowledgeable, thorough in explaining the outcome of whatever procedure you might have had, he takes his time on each patient as if your the only one that matters to him. He will make sure your comfortable, inside or outside the procedure room. he answers any questions or concerns to might have. i am very happy, pleased feel very comfortable with Dr. Haque does my yearly testing. I am very appreciative he is my specialist, dealing with my colon cancer. Highly Recomd

I have only seen Dr. Haque once. It was easy to schedule an appointment with him. I also needed a follow up appointment and was seen quickly. They seem to be caring and concerned which I appreciate.

He is an outstanding doctor. He takes his time and explains things. His office manager is outstanding!! She made my experience and process so much easier. She is a very caring and compassionate person. I am personally THANKFUL for her from the bottom of my heart!!!! She is always happy to answer any questions I have. She is an asset to him! Do not hesitate to see him!!

very clear explanation of what i need to do and waiting time is 15mm. and he is very professional and give the instruction of process of procedure for colonoscopy.

Shelley, the receptionist and office manager is the rudest woman I have ever come into contact with. She talked about me to the nurse while I was right there ! She did it on the phone again today. Dr Haque is a good doctor but this lady made it the most unpleasant experience I've had in my 50 years...that says a lot. I hope Dr Haque reads this because she will be the reason patients eventually stop seeing him.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Haque. He was very thorough and explained everything I had questions about.
