Don’t waste time with Dr. Moein’s practice
This was the worst doctor’s office experience 1. When I questioned why I was billed twice and incorrectly, the Office manager *hung up on me* 2. This was forced consultation where Dr. Mahshid Moein spent the entire time explaining why she thought she could not take my son on as a patient. 3. I gave the details of my son’s seizure disorder when I scheduled the appointment. 4. After asking for me to pay and charging my insurance, Dr. Moein tells me that she was "not qualified enough" and had "too limited education and knowledge about seizure management" to be an acceptable doctor for my son. 5. We drove 45 minutes for this pre-planned appointment. She told me “I wish you we were notified sooner that he could not be a patient of the practice." 6. I was told I wouldn’t be charged but they billed me and my insurance (behind my back) anyway although the doctor can't help us. Since this experience, it has delayed care for my son and we have to wait weeks to see a competent provider.

When you show up for a test, she either hasn't scheduled it or she hasn't sent orders for it. Though she has test results the same day as the test, it takes days for her to call. She makes excuses and doesn't listen to parents' concerns for their children. Because of her incompetence, our grandson has to undergo anesthesia a second time and we will have double the medical and hospital bills. He was supposed to have a MRI/MRA the same day. She forgot to order the MRA. Total frustration!

Dr. Moein performed a very extensive neuro exam on my 8yo son,,,she must have spent 45 min with us, listened to me ,my husband and my son , explained everything very well, so we could leave with a great understanding! I'm an RN (Dr. Moein didn't know) and I loved her! Highly recommend!
