Was told a prescription was called in, the store did not have it. I asked the office 4 different times and it was never called in nor did they offer any assistance. They were happy to take my co-pay and essentially provided no services.

Engenders confidence
Every visit with Dr. Nguyen has been pleasant. She is professional and assuring, leaving very little if at all to be desired. I recommend her highly.

I asked to have a place on my upper lip biopsied. She insisted that "freezing" it would take care of the problem. It did not and it was a waste of time and a $30 copay. The next Dr. I saw did a biopsy--It was a basal cell cancer and I had to have Mohs surgery to remove it.
