Happy with this doctor
Dr. Uddin is very patient and gives his full attention during an appointment. I like that he doesn't immediately pull out a prescription pad and is open to discussing more holistic aka alternative and complementary approaches to health without drugs.

Not Holistic Medicine
Dr Uddin advertised as a Holistic Doctor. He's not. The first thing he wanted to do was add medication for cholesterol. I wanted to try diet and exercise first. He didn't like that idea. So he referred me to his pick of Cardiologists. I had no say in which cardiologist I wanted to go to. The cardiologist was pushing drugs. I was following a heart healthy diet and joined an exercise group. I told the cardiologist if my next labs were bad, I would start taking the drug. I went to see Dr Uddin for pain in my knee. He saw that I was not taking cholesterol medicine. He got angry, yelled at me and canceled my lab appointment to check my cholesterol. That was the end for me.

My husband Tom Craparo and me Kathleen Wilder- Craparo are very very pleased at first visit to see Dr. He even called within a short period of time for an important insomnia concern to solve a problem later in the day He ordered tests needed and went over Tom's medical history thoroughly and kindly offered his professional advice. We can trust Dr Uddin to give the best care..quickly and efficiently..excellent professional manner too. Thanks Dr. Uddin! Katie&Tom

Being new to the area I had no refernce to a physician. Being with one primary, insurance recommened, I asked about and Dr,Mairaj Uddin was recommended. My first visit was an assesment, the second, I was cautiously optomistic, With subsequent visits I have found him to be knowledgeable, and actually concerned about my health, treating medicine as a profession. He actually listens, recommends and then arrive at a solution that both agree with. Mairaj Uddin M.D. is a broad spectrum professional...

Dr Uddin is a Dr who really listens and truly seems to care. I never feel like I am on some medical assembly line. He always takes the time to go over everything in detail and unlike some I have visited in the past he's easy to talk to, he never makes you feel like he's in a hurry. The office staff is always friendly. I've never waited long. Overly I highly recommend Dr. Uddin!

I have been seeing Dr Uddin for over a year as my primary physician. I was impressed with his diagnostic skills and was initially hospitalized for surgery. Even though I saw a specialist, he was there every day to keep me informed and educated through the procedures. He, along with the staff have been instrumental in my recovery and he personally follows up if I have any questions or concerns. Definitely personalized health care and service . A+++

0 stars would be more accurate. I've never met a dr. as SMUG as Dr. Uddin. He came in challenging me as to why I was there. He disagreed w/ every ortho I've had without taking time to ask questions. He asked me to bring in my x-rays then begrudgingly looked at them & told me he needs an MRI, not x-rays. Everything he said was condescending & argumentative. He never apologized for any misunderstanding between me, him & his staff. My daughters were there & were appalled by his demeanor.
