Recently we had a horrible experience with Dr. Castillo. I brought in our 7-year old daughter after her school nurse called to say that she suspected a UTI, as she had to use the bathroom over 20 times during the school day. Dr. Castillo ran a standard strip test and refused to order a urine culture. Instead, she referred us to a behavioral urologist. Another dr ordered the test, which showed UTI. My daughter suffered for 5 days while we convinced her it was all in her head.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Dr. Castillo. My child suffers from asthma that gets aggravated by cold weather, and recently while playing outside, she suffered an asthma attack. Trusting she would deliver the excellent service she promises, I took my child straight to Dr. Castillo. Instead of addressing my concerns, Dr. Castillo completely dismissed the seriousness of my child's condition, refusing to allow nebuliser treatment and recommending that she "go home and rest". Not recommended.
