I just left after they made multiple mistakes that would have hurt me and they also tried to charge me thousands more. This is not a safe place to get work done. They were completely rude to me also when I brought the issues up. Do not go here.

Very professional wisdom teeth surgery went well

I had my wisdom teeth out. I met wonderful staff and the doctor was super friendly. Procedure was in and out, no hassle at all.

In your first few appointments, Dr Charles will be affable. Once you’re on the track for his treatment, this will disappear as he moves through your future appointments hurriedly, like you are an obstacle from the next item on his schedule. My experience with Dr Charles made it clear he prioritizes his own personal interests over the welfare of his patients. His focus is on self promotion. You can see he has put significant effort into cultivating a positive reputation through these review sites online. The emphasis is not on each individual patient’s outcome, but rather maintaining a positive image to ensure more business lined up beyond you. It doesn’t matter to him if his treatment significantly affected your quality of life, he has 2 more new patients coming in before lunchtime. I strongly advise against seeking medical assistance from Dr. Charles. His unprofessional behavior and lack of dedication to patient care make him an unreliable and unsafe medical practitioner.

Dr Charles was my oral surgeon for multiple upper implants. He talked me through the hard stuff and held my hand when I needed it. Success. I would recommend him to anyone.
