Dr Barkinskiy recently helped me during a total knee replacement at Shady Grove Hospital (Gaithersburg, Maryland Dec 31, 2020) Dr. Barsinskiy met with me prior to my operation, explained things in detail and helped me make educated choices about my anesthesia. I really did have choices and the pros and cons are important. I appreciate the time he spent with me and that I went in and out of the surgery without feeling any pain. He is a good anesthesiologist.
