Best heart care. Dr. Brand is personable, puts you at ease, and always answers question. I highly recommend him and have done so with two friends who are now patients. He put in a pacemaker 8 years ago and I am fine.

Device in and device out like a pro!
I had DR Brand put in a loop monitor 3.5 years ago and it was pretty painless. After the life of the monitor had ended it was time to have it removed, once again pretty painless. Dr Brand has the best bedside manners and the crew that works with him were also the best.

My mom was in the hospital during Covid. Brand did a cardiac cath on her and told us that she had no significant blockage and didn’t need stents. That night, while actually still in the hospital, she had a heart attack. She had two stents put in and we were told she had a 90% blockage of her LAD artery!!! Her cardiologist now doesn’t understand why stents weren’t placed at the time of her cath. Dr. Brand is not certified to place stents. However, with a 90% blockage he should have immediately called in a certified doc. My mom should not have had her heart attack.

After 10+ yrs with this doctor and multiple instances when his care resulted in not best outcome for me, I finally realized it was time to find a better doctor even if it is less convenient.
