Dr. Malcolm Solley, MD

My DIL was treated at the facility he practices at by 1 doctor on Friday after testing positive. She was given the "standard protocol package" for treatment. My son fell ill the following day and visited the same clinic on Sunday but saw Dr. Solley who at first refused to test him. My son insisted since it was needed for proof for his employer but once tested and found positive, this Dr. refused treatment even after being told of a pre-existing condition. AND even after being told his wife was given the "standard protocol package" 2 days prior. I had heard of refusal to treat by Doctors in the medical field but did not want to believe it too be true. Instead, my Veteran son was sent home with a "good luck". This is unbelievable. So much for the Hippocratic Oath.

I went to Complete Emergency Care on De Zavala with serious breathing difficulties. Dr. Solley and his entire staff were extremely competent and seemed genuinely concerned about my progress. Everyone was helpful but I hope to never return. Dr. Solley spent time explaining my issues and problems and strongly recommended hospitalization. I was admitted to Methodist Hospital on December 23 and discharged on December 27. I was probably a lot closer to death than I believed. Thank you.

Had a positive experience with the Dr. Solley and staff at Complete Care ER at DeZavala Road. A friendly and clean environment.
