STEER CLEAR
Waste of time. Jumped to conclusions without even looking through my chart as if i had been going there for years. Made the decision to no longer use his services after only 2 visits.

I have been seeing Dr Maatouck for many years. Being a nurse I'm very picky about who I see. Because of my medical background I can be a very challenging patient. Dr Maatouck has always been patient with me & always listened to my concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable & I trust him 100%. He is the best doctor that I have ever seen. If there's something that I am seeing him about & it's out of the field of his expertise, he will tell you that & refer you to someone else. He is also my husband's doctor & we both very lucky to have him.

Narrow-minded, outdated, one-size-fits-all thinking. He jumps to incorrect conclusions. I have been given bad advice. I have wasted money, taken unnecessary medication, and not resolved the problem. Also, he is tactless. He asked a question that no one has ever asked me. No one with any sense would ask such a question. Nobody that knows me would even think it possible. He is so clueless that he thinks that’s acceptable. I am disappointed and really, really, really insulted.

I'm a very skeptical person when it comes to medical care. I've seen a lot of drs that have made obvious mistakes, over-prescribed medicine or simply didn't seem to care and shuffled people through their office. Dr. Maatouk earned my respect. When he's in the office, he is very focused on your records and observes very carefully. His decisions are conservative and insightful. He always asks if there is anything you want to talk about before he leaves and very caring about how you feel.
