Horrible
He was honestly an awful doctor. He diagnosed me without ever actually saying the name of the disorder. He didn’t want follow-up to see if a medicine worked. No offer of other options to help my condition. I’m seeing a different neurologist now, and they’ve basically got me back to 90% functioning. Dr Ibraheem didn’t even seem to care.
What went well
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Staff friendliness
  • Wait times
What could be improved
  • I didn't feel respected
  • Didn't listen or answer questions
  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Appointment was rushed
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions

Neuropathy
We visited Dr Mam Ibraheem with Neuropathy conditions with heightened nerve sensitivity and shooting pulsating nerve aches through out the body some 4 years ago. However, Dr. Mam Ibraheem was unable to give us time or attention. He was always in a rush. He wanted to leave within a couple of minutes of entering the room. He was unfortunately unable to properly diagnose or treat the symptoms. And I am still living with the same symptoms after multiple years as they didn't allow us to switch doctors either and seek a second opinion either referencing their office policy. It felt like Dr Mam Ibraheem became a doctor only for the money and seemed little interested in the general health and well being of the patient.
