Does not respond in an urgent situation!
Dr. Kaul does not even try to get back to you when you have an urgent need. Her robotic, unintelligent staff just regurgitate 'we have sent her this message' over and over and don't do anything beyond that. I needed an emergency medication same day, messaged her early in the AM, and despite multiple messages and calls from me, got no response. Stay away. Incompetent and will waste your time and health!

Dr Kaul does NOT get to patients in a timely manner. Her blatant disregard to patients needs is something I have never experienced before. When the visiting nurse tried to get a hold of the doctor we go weeks without an answer if we do not complain LOUDLY. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone!!!

I've been very disappointed with this doctor since she entered a clinic setting. It's near impossible to get in to see her when needed. More than once I called when my husband and I have been ill and was turned away and told to go to urgent care. Well, why do I need a doctor if I only see her for well-maintenance, scheduled-in-advance check ups? I need a doctor when I'm sick!! I am looking for another doctor as I find her practice unreliable. I am patient, not a statistic.

My appointment to get test results took over 2 weeks. Then when I did meet with the doctor I am not confident that she even had the test results. When I asked her questions she provided vague answers. I had to obtain a copy of my lab results from the lab. It has now been 6 weeks and I still don't have the medical equipment needed to treat my condition. Neither I nor the medical supply company can get an answer from the doctor's office as to what parameters to set up the equipment.
