Trustworthy and Mindful
I have been grateful to find Dr. Goyal, and after many years of maintaining my mental health with her. Together, her and I have seen improvements based on her recommendations. If you struggle with mental health, you know how essential and groundbreaking that can be. She cares, and listens to you as a human being. Always wanting to know and understand the root of the scenario and giving tidbits on mindfulness for the rest of my week. If you take the time to invest in your mental health, I recommend Dr. Goyal.

I have. We a patient of dr Goyal for the last 10 years and have nothing but praise for her. She is thorough and caring and does not over prescribe. Before I went to her a doctor had me taking several meds like if it was a guessing game, I was definitely misdiagnosed and there was a patient in and out every few minutes. I highly recommend her. She cates for your wellbeing.
