Dismissive and Belittling
We took our son to urgent care who woke up screaming in the middle of the night the night before due to pain in his ear. When explaining why we were there, she was dismissive about what we were explaining to her (e.g., coughing for weeks, but first time anything mentioned about ear pain), and questioning if we are even telling her things accurately. Sure enough, once she checked, our son did, in fact, have an ear infection. She believes she's superior to whoever is in front of her because of a white coat and clearly doesn't respect the situation of the people in front of them. I actually didn't leave a review of her for my own visit a few months prior where she was incredibly rude, but after this experience with my son, I wanted to make sure people knew what to expect with her. If you go to urgent care, you have no choice in doctors, but if you have the ability to choose this doctor or not, go elsewhere.

Uncaring and Does Not Listen.
I saw this doctor at an urgent care due to weakness, fatigue and trouble breathing on deep breaths for several days along with the fact a close family member I live with has pneumonia. She never asked for my past medical history or what medications I was on. I brought it up myself due to the lack of her doing a thorough exam. During my exam she stated she heard diminished right lung sounds and I needed an X-Ray. I informed her it was already done and she had no idea. She came back saying the radiology report said no pneumonia, diagnosed me with something that makes no sense and started to walk out. When I asked what about the diminished lung sounds she heard she got nasty told me to look at the radiology report and walked out again as I was trying to ask her more questions. I read her medical report about my visit after the fact and she also failed to mention my diminished lung sounds which I was shocked at. Avoid at all costs.

Not caring
My experience with Dr. Matadial is that she is not a caring person. I think kindness is an important trait in physicians, and she lacks this.
