Very unprofessional and too busy to be attentive.
Dr. Mota did a colonoscopy on my hubs this morning. He is a hemophiliac and needs blood product infusions before any procedure. Due to this, we were told to arrive an hour early (7a.m.) and he was first on her schedule (8a.m.) in case there were complications. We arrived and the pre-op nurses had no orders for preventative blood products. They had no idea what was going on and looked at us as if we'd lost our minds. They were all ok with taking him back with no pre-op meds and could have killed him. We had words and his nurse changed, thank the Lord! When Dr. Moda arrived at 8 a.m., she acted as if it was our fault. They finally got his infusions started around 9:30a.m, when we should have been leaving. After his procedure, I asked where the problem was so I could advocate better for my husband next time. She was very short with me and said " It was probably a fax machine error" and walked off. This woman is so arrogant and dismissive it's pathetic. We will not be seeing her again.
