This doctor is Rude, does not communicate well, leaves out important information and YELLED at me. The Staff up front are RUDE and Know it alls. Both the dr. and staff caused me to lose my job because the front staff refused to give the doctor the paperwork and then the doctor didn't fill all of the paperwork out. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I went in to have an EMG, once the nevre was detected I was told they needed to turn up the scale all the way until my limbs were literally jumping off the table! A safety pen was used to stick my feet to see if there was feeling in them! I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone!

I have no problem with Dr. Gurru or his PA, but the office staff is inept, lazy and full of excuses. The doc ordered an MRI for my dad on December 18th and they still haven’t even called the insurance for pre-authorization which then takes at least 14 days!! But at least now we get to pay for it since he hasn’t met his 2018 deductible!! Guess we better cancel our January follow-up! So frustrating!!!

I notice one of the 5 star Google reviews is from Sheela GURRU to artificially pump up his rating for those not paying close attention. I have never been treated so rudely. Gurru refused to do anything despite receiving all of my records weeks ago. He said my case was very complicated and he needed to consider it. Next appt he sent his nurse in to tell me my case was too complicated to treat. First time I heard that. He expected me to pay for both of these visits.

I went into the hospital with a TIA. My attending doctor for those few days was Dr. Gurru. He was concerned on my diagnosis from my MRI results. He explained the situation and the prognosis of my diagnosis to regain my health back was very concerning to him. He gave me a new outlook of my life and became the doctor I would rely my health concerns too. I would say he is a good hearted dedicated doctor for those that need great care. I'm sure my appts. will go smooth as well.
