Absolute waste of time
Telehealth
I saw this doctor twice in early 2023. He misdiagnosed my symptoms, took personal calls during my sessions, then stopped seeing patients for several months until I got a letter saying he was going out of business in the fall of 2023. The office looked like they were about ready to move out at any moment and they wrote down everything on paper with no thoughts of securing personal or financial information. When I reached out to have my records transferred to a new doctor, I was given the number for Ambreen. I called Mustafa several times and always left a message, but she never returned my calls and never transferred my records. Eventually she even blocked my number so I couldn't even call her. I finally got a hold of my records, still with absolutely no communication from anyone. What a waste of time and money! This was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor.

This is a different kind of a Doc, not one that spends two minutes and charges arm and a leg...Prepare to wait for two hours, but when he is with you, he WILL SPEND ONE HOUR WITH YOU, LISTENNING. He is a great HUMAN first, then he is a doctor. Just remember this when waiting to see it.

I have been treated by Dr.Ahmed for several years now. I have always had a very positive experience. He is kind, and so willing to listen to your problems. I found that he cares about his patients and does what is best for each individual patient. His wife and staff have always treated me with kindness, always make me feel welcome and have been very accommodating when making appointments, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Mansoor Ahmed for all pulmonary and sleep problems.

Extremely rude staff! How can providers be so nasty and expect to stay in business? There's several other places to go for health care. Won't go again.

My problem is not so much with the Dr. as it is with his staff. Not only am I dealing with incompetence in getting supplies but they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I will no longer be a patient.

I was a patient for 11 years. Had moved and had difficulty getting to appt. Finally got reliable transportation then had to jump through hoops of having to keep reschedling because his nurse that you actually see.. (Not Dr monsoor) discharged me from being a patient because he has to many patients already. The staff is rude. I waited 2 hours and drove 45 min to be discharged for nothing. His care for patients has went down hill. His office is nasty. I would never go to him or any Dr oaffiliated

Most people are not willing to put in the effort into fixing their sleep problems, i.e., going to bed & waking at the same time; exercising; eating better, and listening to what Dr. Ahmed says. He's a great man who's helped both me and my daughter tremendously! He's so worth it!
