Dr.Bacallao has been my PCP for over 10 years. He is a great listener, he studies about my symptoms and communicates with other drs. on my care team. He reviews labs and tests ordered the day they are received and contacts me the same day to let me know results. Dr. Bacallao takes time with each patient, so at times you may have to wait but when it is your turn he will give you his undivided attention. He is not only a good doctor, he is an amazing human being that really cares for people.

Dr. Bacallao is not the worst doctor, but he certainly isn’t the best. Despite that, his office has the worst customer service you will ever experience at any clinic. They do not go above and beyond for their patients in any way, and charge for everything! If you want results printed, make sure you have a $1 per page or else they’re not giving your your results. Although that may not be ilegal, it is very unethical.
