Dr. Manuel Rosario, DO

Dr. Rosario has been my WC doctor for almost 15 years. (As a career prosecutor I was injured at work twice, due to defective escalators, in a courthouse that ultimately had to be demolished.) Unlike many doctors who seem disengaged and don't listen, he's always been one to listen AND ask further questions. When most won't even touch a patient, he has bent down to the floor to palpate my lower legs, checking for possible blood clots. He has offered both helpful advice and human warmth, and I greatly appreciate his efforts.

Dr. Rosario has been such a bright light in my pain journey. He is constantly busy but always exudes a calming presence and finds time to listen and answer any questions. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly!

I have been seeing Dr Rosario for about 5 years. He is empathetic and listens to my concerns regarding my health and quality of life. I am writing this review on Dr. Rosario to acknowledge what a fantastic doctor he is as he literally SAVED MY LIFE! On a recent visit, Dr. Rosario asked me how I was feeling and I stated not well. He stated he noticed my face drooping on 1 side and he wanted to call an ambulance. Being an RN, I didn't feel that I had any noticeable symptoms and didn't want to go by ambulance. He made me promise I would go to the ER when i got home, which I did. As it turned out, I had Takotsubo cardiomyopathy, and was rushed to ICU, where I spent 1 week and had a complete recovery.Thank goodness for Dr. Rosario, I am so grateful for him & for him keeping me alive & in good health!

I have read some of Dr. Rosario's ratings and what more can a patient say? I echo everything said about his empathy and understanding of chronic pain. I have also been seeing him for many years and will continue to be honored to have the ability to continue to see him for as long as I need to. His knowledge and understanding of my symptoms and how to treat them is above and beyond high standards. He has referred me to specialists in many different treatments to help me through. And is very proper in what he prescribes in medication. He will adjust as necessary and we work on everything with honesty and understanding. I am 61 years young and he has been one of the best doctors who I feel very comfortable with. I can express my true feelings with him while he listens with an open mind. I have been seeing Doctor Rosario for a very long time. He has always treated me like a person and not just a patient. I appreciate everything he has done for me and I will continue to see him .

Dr Rosario is knowledgeable understanding and compassionate, his office staff outstanding, special shout out to Irma, in my on going issues a special lady who has gone out of her way to help me, not because she has to, but because she genuinely cares, I hope one day I won't have to see a pain management Dr. anymore, but they're aren't enough "stars" to describe how Dr Rosario and Irma have helped me... Dr. Rosario is consistently both caring and professional. He always listens very carefully and takes his time along with his excellent 'bedside manner'. I always feel like my pain issues are his number one concern and I never feel as if he has rushed through the appointment. He always tries to achieve a desired result using the least amount of medications needed. I can't thank Dr. Rosario enough for ALL of the GREAT care I have received. I have been a patient of his for close to 2 decades. I have a chronic disease that I have to rely on him for his expertise He has pulled me out of my Depression, helps with my chronic pain, makes sure that I understand each & Every surgery I have. He spends time with me each appointment. He makes sure that my husband understands what I need done. He sits in with the Technician from St. Judes to make sure my stimulator is working correctly. I have pain 24/7, Dr. Rosario is very compassionate with his patients. He also makes sure that I have enough medication. We adjust it when I need more or less. I am NOT one to take unnecessary pills.
