Dr. Hamaoui first and foremost cares deeply about the patient as a whole, and does not just find a cure for the symptoms reported. She questions deeply about diet, sleep, exercise and relaxation practices, adding her deep medical, holistic and integrative expertise to find a solution for both body and mind. She is very responsive to portal messages and will reach back within a very short time with a full answer to questions raised. During the consult she will repeatedly ask the patient if we have more questions for her, how we feel about the prescribed treatment plan, any challenges that we foresee and will never ever hurry us through the appointment. She will readily refer the patient to other specialists and recommend ones that she is confident can help us from her past experience with them. She will not hesitate to switch specialists and recommend others if we or she are not satisfied with any of them, and she will contact them directly, perfect integrative approach to treatment.

I visited her for an annual physical. The doctor was ok during the visit but watch your bill afterward. She would order unnecessary additional items for the bloodwork like a deer tick test when there was no bite. She also charged for an over $200 office visit simply because she wrote a prescription for an allergy spray. Her staff was rude. Will never go back.

Dr. Hamaoui was very thorough and kind. She was able to answer all my questions and refer me to the specialists I needed.

Dr. Manuela Hamaoui is my family practitioner as well as my wife's. She is the best doctor we have ever had. She makes you feel very comfortable and she truly cares. Two weeks ago I had a tooth infection and I was very concerned about going to a the dentist, due to the Covid-19 and since I am over 70.  I called her for help and she followed up right away with my dentist to find out if he had all the safety procedures in place so I wouldn't get contaminated with the virus.  She asked questions I never would have thought of.  She did an outstanding job and told me it was safe for me to go.  It was a great relief for me.  Even before the Covid-19 outbreak, she ALWAYS went above and beyond.  She calls us back and she explains everything clearly.  She is an excellent diagnostician. Dr Hamaoui is a very caring and an excellent doctor. She works with you to make sure you understand whatever condition you have and how to treat it. Very easy to contact when you need her. She does not rush you and truly listens when you talk to her. You do not leave her office in limbo. She makes sure you understand your problem and how to deal with it.
