Horrible
Please do not go to this doctor. I just can't describe how horrific and horrible Dr.mendes is. It was to the point she almost made me cry because of how inconsiderate she is. She will talk over you and won't let you speak and also belittle you.

Just awful. Wait time is 2 to 3 hours. Dr. Mendes is rude. You should feel comfortable asking your Dr. questions, instead she makes you feel dumb. I have never experienced anything like that

All of the negative comments are true. I have had the same issues with Dr Mendes. Every time I call there to make an app no one answers the phone. the staff in the office are not too clever. right now In the middle of the pandemic , corona virus.I don't feel that I should go to the out patient. So I have called to make an app with Dr Mendes because I am a diabetic and I think I should be seen. but I never get a call back. never did before. why would it be different now. So thats my review for today

Wait time is over 2 hours, doesn’t check her chart/notes and gets upset with patient because she didn’t send the script to pharmacy and when we had the follow up appointment she was rude about the patient not taking the medication ! How is she supposed to take a medication that was never sent to the pharmacy?

Im not a patient of hers, however my 85 yr old mom is.Been going there with mom for yrs. This place is a joke and thats being nice. Her staff books appointments that are unnecessary.Few times mom had an appointment and was told what she was doing there that she had nothin scheduled. But i know this to not be true because im the one who handles that for my mom, also meds not being sent to pharmacy then pharmacy calling them while im standing right there and still no meds sent to pharmacy.Did i also mention the WAIT get ready because you're gonna have to wait a few hours to be seen.Hate this place but mom doesnt like change so im stuck.

Dr. Mendes used to good and caring but my last visit was very disapointing with myself being berated and told to be quiet that she didnt need to hear what i was going to say, making very clear that i wasnt bright enough to be able to describe what i was going through. And that was after she asked how i was doing

She spent a good amount of time with me as I was a new patient. We discussed lots of issues, I considered myself a healthy person and she gave great feedback and ideas. She was very direct and down to earth. I appreciate that in a provider. I liked her quite a bit. It was my first visit with her.

My experience with Dr.Mendes used to be very good. As a doctor, I highly recommend her.But due to some of her office personnel and office manager, I am considering finding a new primary dr. Their incompetence, lack of respect, and uncaring attitude is completely unacceptable. So very sad that she is going to loose patients and has lost patients because of a few despicable office employees.
