Good communication and information
I’ve been to Dr Hittleman a few times the last two years. All of my encounters have been clear, honest and not quick with treatments and decisions. I find him to be very professional and direct which appeals to me. He listens and answers my questions. I am hopeful that my condition continues to be managed in the same manner and appreciate the time he takes with me. I recommend him highly.

The lack of questions asked of me, the patient. This incompetence lead me to have the worst pain in my life, a three day hospital stay and surgery.

Was recomended through a Doctor friend of mine to Dr. Gittleman. He is such a down to earth fellow with a great personality, his explanation of the situation is thorough & straight forward. I couldn't be happier in finding him to address my eurological needs currently & in the future. If you want a top notch Dr. your definatly in the right place. I give him a thumbs up & a number 5.

Dr.Gittelman and his staff are incredible. Dr. Gittelman takes his time to explain every detail and doesn’t make you feel like you’re being rushed. His staff knows you on a first name basis and are ready to help you at any time. I definitely recommend his practice to anyone who is looking for a high quality doctor and staff.

I’ve been on hormone replacement therapy for approximately 1.5 years and have felt an incredible difference. As a 47 YO male, my body aches are almost non existent, and my energy level, sex drive, and sleep patterns have significantly improved. Dr Gittelman was up front and right to the point with me. He explained everything that needed to be done and thankfully all my tests came back great. Although the procedure was a little uncomfortable, it only lasted 35 seconds. I definitely recommend him as a very good urologist. However, if you plan on getting your medical records, the person in charge of that does not return calls or requests, I've called there 3 times and after waiting two months for a call back to help me, terrible!

Friendly, knowledgeable and seems very caring. I felt he had my husbands best interest in mind and listened to our concerns carefully. He addressed each concern thoroughly and gave us a clear explanation of the diagnosis. We will definitely be back and recommend Dr. Gittelman to anyone looking for a urologist in miami.

Dr. Gittelman is a friendly man but he wanted to order two tests for me, a cat scan and a KUB of the abdomen which I felt was too much radiation. I decided not to return.
