Dr Kozam is honestly the worst doctor I have ever been to. Bad bedside manner, bad personality, and most importantly a bad doctor. When I see that he gets 4 stars from a different link he is probably reviewing himself using different e-mail accounts. I would give him zero stars if I could.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would, for how I was treated at this office. I went in with constant vomiting and gastro issues. Mentioned to the receptionist I had a hard stop that day due to an interview and overheard her communicate to Dr. Kozam. I immediately heard him ranting about me, while I sat in the waiting room. Had a battery of blood work requested. When it came back, I saw in the portal there were a number of abnormalities. I called to discuss with him, and was met with attitude from his receptionist immediately. I asked for 5 mins to discuss my results, and was told I had to make an appt, for the following week! I pushed back, I’m sick. They scheduled me for 3 days later. I go in at my appt time, HE IS NOT THERE, he is in surgery! I ask why, if I have an appt, and am met with a lot more attitude. I am then asked for my copay! Why, if he wasn’t there, would I need to pay that?! I just wanted to discuss my results that HE ORDERED! I left, sick and upset, and will NEVER go back!

Dr Kozam was not very professional about the correct billing. He charged my insurance for an office visit that he did not perform. He just gave me results from the procedure and billed me for an office visit that he could have given me the results post op in recovery as my wife was with me or over the phone. No need for an additional appointment just to say no polyps, everything is negative and you don’t need to come back for ten years. That should hav been done over the phone or in recovery. He charged me an additional office visit for a ten minute meeting, which really should have been done over the phone or via email.

Dr. Kozam was very patient and thorough in examining my wife for a colon infection. He was intent on starting with the simplest test which turned out to be sufficient. My only complaint would be the parking lot at 111 which is overcrowded and dangerous getting in and out with narrow lanes.

Do not make an appointment with Dr. Kozam. I saw him a while back and he is basically just an awful person and a bad doctor. Sorry to tell the truth. I have seen many doctors over the years and Dr. Kozam was the worst.

I took my son to see Dr. Kozam after my son complained of persistent abdominal pain. Dr. Kozam listened carefully to my son, examined him, and took a thorough history. He prescribed testing, and we received the results promptly. Dr. Kozam explained the results during our follow-up appointment, and answered all our questions. His demeanor was patient and good-natured. My son and I both liked him, and I would recommend Dr. Kozam for children as well as adults.
