Horrible
This doctor doesn’t even deserve one star, if I could I would give him zero. Like other people had said he is rude and lacks empathy and is a true embarrassment to the medical profession. Please don’t waste your time going with him find a doctor who actually cares and advocates for your health.

Terrible!
Waited hours and was never seen. This man clearly cannot manage his time and does not respect that of his patients.

Worst doctor experience ever
I gave this guy one star because there was no option of zero stars. He has the biggest ego and forgets he is a human being and no different from anybody else. He is so desensitized and has no manners. Comes in the room with his “WOW” just looking at the computer acting like a robot doesn’t even look at his patient much less listen, you wait 3 months for the appointment , you wait 2 hours in the waiting room and he sees you less than 2 minutes. How sad is that. He is a true example of an embarrassment to the medical profession. My wish is that the medical chief of staff of DHR evaluate the way this guy is practicing medicine he is providing substandard care. His goal for the day is about the number of patients he can see, quantity not quality. Remember: treat people like you want to be treated. This should be your goal doctor.

I had many years of not seeing a doctor and when I saw Dr Twahirwa he showed concern about my health and started asking questions about any medical history that I had and started figuring out a plan to control my diabetes and cholesterol. Thanks to his concern and quickness on acting on a plan to control it , I am able to manage it in a normal range now. Thank you for everything doctor and his staff.

He doesn't listen well. He's just looking at and inputting stuff into his computer the whole time he's with me. He returned my phone call quickly and reassured me he would refer me to surgeon but then never left a note for his staff to do this and refused at my next appointment to do referral

The waited in his office an extremely long time. Someone commented that is normal. Only in the Valley. Look I work and have a busy schedule. Im a customer. In Houston you have an appointment at 9:00am guess what? You get seen at 9:00am. You have insurance. Pick up the phone and let them know the crappy service your getting. It's their money too. Medicare or Medicaid same thing. I told him my family doctor had done a so organ of my thyroid. Dr. Twahira said he did t need it. "Pretty Cocky!"

I have never been dismissed by any Dr. like I was by Dr. Twahirwa. Neither the Dr. nor his staff took down a medical history, much less write down the medications that I take. He walked into the room saying why was I there because there wasn't anything he could do for me. He refused to let me explain anything to him. I would never recommend him to anybody due to his behavior and arrogance.

I went to visit him because it was recommended by a friend, she did warn me about his attitude but the main reason I would not come back is because he made me feel like I was wasting his time because according to him my illness or symptoms were not related to my illness(I have been told otherwise) and were somewhat made up by me. I left feeling like my health issue was nothing and not important to him. Dr. Twahirwa may be very knowledgeable but his attitude and manners are bad!

Terrible, bad manners, couldn't answer none of my questions and he is so arrogant. I pay him to see me not to treat me like a number. In my time going with this doctor not once did he care about my health. I could had die or gotten worse..keep changing my medications and experimenting on my health. He made me feel like it was my fault I was like that, not knowing it wasn't. Honestly he is just there for the wrong reasons. This is my personal experience and honest opinion, not a patient anymore.
