Marcello Rotta yelled at me for asking a question about the treatment plan for my grandmother dying of leukemia.

Isn't thorough enough. Missed important signs.
Didn't listen to important information from patient about severe allergy and said what we were telling him was inaccurate, although it had been proven. Argued with us after asking what our thoughts had been about possible treatment. It felt uncomfortable because he had asked us.
