Frustrated
Dismissed completely by Marci. My child has had ear pain since we put tubes in. We have been to U of M many times looking for help. Marci decided the best care would be to send her to a pre teen for anxiety and depression. No help whatever. Admit she didn't even read her chart before seeing her.

Dismissed Completely
Child has been having ear issues for over a year. Waited 3 months to see her at Motts. She told us she could t speak to any of his previous ear infections, couldn’t acknowledge his records, and told us it was up to us to decide if he needed a second tube surgery. So disheartening and frustrating. She dismissed all our concerns because he didn’t currently have an infection (he had just come off back-to-back antibiotics for a nasty infection leading up to visit). Apparently we were supposed to not treat his infections for the 3 months we were waiting and let him be in horrendous pain because she would not help us at all. She was insulting on top of it, telling me I probably didn’t know if he was having ear infections. Didn’t tell her I’m licensed in the medical field. Some people shouldn’t work with kids and she is one of them. If you want your concerns heard and not rushed out like your a nuisance, do not see this doctor.

We very helpful with my daughter. Sleep study showed she was waking up almost every 15 minutes. Tonsils and adenoids removed and she is doing great!
