Everything went well.

Dr. Fagerberg was incredibly rude, and I hope she leaves the profession for good. She would not let me finish any of my sentences, and accused me of dishonesty and abusing medications upon first meeting me. One of the worst doctors I have ever seen in my life.

I will never return. From the moment she walked into the room she was rude, short and made it clear she was in a hurry and had lots of other patients. When someone schedules a doctor's appt, normally it's because something is wrong. Have a little more compassion. I would have walked out if I hadn't needed her to refer me for an x-ray. Horrible customer service & she should leave ARC.

SUPER short. It was made clear to me that I came to the wrong doctor and, if I wanted to be a "patient" of hers, I needed to set up an intake appointment. That was confusing because I've been going to her for almost 3 years but apparently I was not a patient because I only went when I was sick. She agreed to run labs but said she isn't the right doctor. Then, I got a bill for $200 for the visit alone with a note that it was a "long" visit. Quite the contrary. I contested the bill and said I'd pay for a normal visit but not a long one because: she didn't spend more than 4 minutes with me and I no longer want her to be "my doctor." She/her staff refused and the $200 stands. Super disappointed and will find another doctor I guess.

She had terrible bedside manner and told me I was an addict because I used to take anti anxiety medicine. She rushed the appointment and I was happy to leave.

Dr Fagerberg is the best, most caring, professional, diagnostician for all health concerns. She takes time to explain all tests and medication, making sure the patient understands their care plan. Dr Fagerberg is quick to review all lab and X-ray reports and provides detailed information in lay terminology.

Dr Fagerberg listens to your concerns before asking questions; (she has been my PCP for 14 yrs). Based on what you say, she asked you additional questions which almost always she gets additional information related to my visit that I had originally forgot to mention because it seems inconsequential. Because of her active listening, I get a good diagnosis and plan of action. Also, she only gives you Rx if you need it. Always looking for preventive measures to avoid a next time.
