Great doctor just got involved in a retaliation for an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigation that’s still going on. Please be my doctor again. I was wrong and didn’t know I was a whistleblower. Ms Graham I need a doctor to treat my targeted disability of traumatic brain injury. I no longer have Medicaid. Please consider it

First off, if you're going to leave a negative comment, you should include your name, otherwise, it completely discredits your review. I saw three different doctors before finding Marcia, thru a recommendation from an ER nurse, and I have been extremely pleased. She is cordial, polite, caring, understanding, engaging and NOT a medicine pusher, which is one of my favorite things about her. If she thinks you need to see a specialist, she'll refer you! Honestly, I haven't even had the thought of "my doctor doesn't remember my medical history between appointments" so I cannot confirm if this is true in my own experience simply because I never expected her to need to recall my file from memory. Ever. I understand she sees a multitude of patients on a daily basis. I am just grateful to have found such a wonderful doctor in Springfield, MO at a time I needed it most. I have been seeing her for 8 years and plan to remain her patient until she retires (hopefully never, Ha!).

She tends to forget my medical history inbetween appointments, writes prescriptions incorrectly so that i have to wait for the pharmacy to call and clarify, is friendly but nearly always late to appointments, and talks about herself through most of the appointment. If you don't have any major health problems and want someone nice to do a physical once a year, she wouldn't be a bad choice.

Fails to recognize common ailments, Loves to prescribe new medicines without acknowledging horrific side effects, Snippy and rude with her comments, Shows disdain by body language if patient doesn't quickly accept her recommendations,

Dr. Graham is one of the best Mercy doctors. I'm confident with the care she provides. Her years of experience as a doctor shows when she talks to patients. Being sick is not fun but her kind words will make you feel positive and hopeful.

I have been with Dr. Graham for years and I recommend her to people all the time. She always takes lots of time with you and actually works to figure things out and get to the bottom of your situation, unlike doctors I have had in the past. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. A wonderful doctor!
