Visited Dr. Nackenson's office yesterday, I will never go back. Nor do I recommended her. She was impatient, unknowledgeable, irritated by me asking questions, and not thorough. Dr. Nackenson insulted me and my child. Her attitude was not that of a professional doctor that I am accustomed to dealing with. Thankfully due to my child being with me, I didn't curse her to the floor. I have never in my life met, nor dealt with a doctor like her. She is a disgrace and not what a doctor represents.

Dr. Nackenson has been very good with my daughter. She listens and makes her feel at ease. Office staff takes a visit or two to warm up, but I have found them to be very pleasant, efficient, and professional.

Doctors are not supposed to be judgmental of their patients. On many occasions, Dr. Nackenson has laughed at decisions that I have made or is just plain mean. Her recommendations come off as passive aggressive and rude. A Doctor is supposed to be someone you can trust and makes you feel warm, Dr. Nackenson has the opposite effects on her patients. Her staff never returns phone calls, and I constantly find myself calling them because they do not return my calls. Receptionists don't even smile.
