Patient Beware
My appt time was 3pm. The office started calling me at 8:30 am to change my appointment time to 11am. After working hard to manage to get there at 11 they called and said 1pm. When told I couldn't manage 1pm, they hatefully said "fine, we'll try and fit you in at 11 then". As if I was the one who started this reschedule fiasco. I was told by multiple other doctors that Henderson would be the one to help me since all of my symptoms started with the mastitis he diagnosed and cut into. He informs me that whatever is going on with me can't be related and isn't his problem. When I end up in tears he hatefully tells me to calm down while I'm simply stating that all other doctors told me HE would be the one to help. He proceeded to call security on me for crying and stating I need help and not to be passed around among various doctors. I was literally begging to be treated like an individual and not a statistic. Compassion fatigue. He needs to seek help before his neglect costs a life.

Dr. Henderson performed my laparoscopic cholecystectomy and was wonderful as a surgeon overall. I would recommend him to anyone. He was very friendly answered all of our question before hand, was too the point on explanations, gave an great feeling of confidence in his abilities, and immediately gave my husband an update when I was in recovery. I couldn't be happier with my results.
