Comprehensive, caring doctor who really took the time to help me with my medical issues.

He is very knowledgeable and thorough and cares for my mother . I was so fortunate that my mother was able to join his practice . He had prevented several hospitalizations - catching her heart failure early. He has motivated her to dinner daily walks and a green smoothie - and she absolutely loves him . Thank you

It is so nice to find an allopathic trained physician who is able, because he is a concierge doc. to take the time not only to fully explore whatever one is there for, but who embraces and is versed in many kinds of complimentary heath modalities. So he becomes for his parents, a physician when it is called for, and a coach for everything else.

Dr. Higi has a firm commitment to his Hippocratric Oath. He’s incredibly empathetic and ALWAYS makes plenty of time to listen, to share the information he’s gleaned from continuous ongoing classes. Very open minded. A TRUE HEALER.

I joined the practice a few months ago since I really needed more individual attention , and the annual $1700 fee is well worth it. I have avoided several Urgent care ER visit with same day appointments and a video visit. He is very thorough and thoughtful and he has this wonderful technique called TAT that helped me with my anxiety. I have worked with many physicians over the years, and he is the best. Just saving me the ER visit more than covers the fee, and he is someone I can trust. My cable bill costs more than the fee, and his service is way better than Comcast. I have been a patient Of Dr Higi for several years . I don’t have enough words to say how thankful I am and fortunate I am to have him as my Doctor . He is one of the most knowledgeable individuals I have ever had a chance to be cared for by . He is compassionate, He is sincere and he knows his profession and how to care for his patients as well as anyone in this world . He has saved my life in more ways then one . He listens to his patients and methodically and calculated comes up with solutions best fit to care for them individually. He takes his own personal time to follow up with you and he truly does care for the entire family . We are so lucky to have him right here locally in Albuquerque, New Mexico and I highly recommend him as your doctor if you are looking for the best he is the best !

I just joined his concierge practice and it's well worth it. He is very thoughtful, takes his time to explain things and I was able to do a video visit from my laptop. I feel much more at ease knowing I can talk to my doctor anytime. I had been a patient at one of the larger health systems in town, and its very hard to get returned calls and a run around with refills. The whole virus things scares me, and anything that can keep me out of Urgent Care or advice to avoid the ER is well worth the price.

I'm a 63 y/o PhD'd Psych therapist. I've worked with dozens of MDs in my 44-yr career. Today I chose Marcus as my own MD because he is the best. He has a marvelously sharp mind and open ears. Thank you, Marcus.

Dr. Higi is a competent and well-informed physician. His interpersonal skills are lacking. He feverishly types data into the computer during a visit rather than giving you his full attention. He is data-driven to a fault and sparse with positive reinforcement. Dropping my cholesterol from the 200 range to the 150 range was noted with a recommendation for a book on autoimmune disease. I have known engineers with similar social characteristics but would not recommend them in a doctor.

Horrible. Just the worst ever.

He is an excellent thoughtful physician, and not a pill pusher. He really counseled me on a gluten free diet and my digestive symptoms and arthritis got so much better. He’s honest and straight forward and he knows his stuff.

Dr. Higi is the worst doctor I've ever been to. He only cares about making a profit for Presbyterian and that means that you will never get the care you need. In order to get bonuses, he will simply tell you it's all in your head and send you packing.
