Dr. Marcy Berry, MD

Dr. Berry has been our pediatrician for 16 years. She has been through some difficult situations with us, and I have always trusted that she was taking the best care of my kiddos. I consider her a friend and my children love her. She has been wonderful with my parents too, who have taken the kids to many visits over the years. We are thankful for Marcy Berry!

I’ve been bringing my two children to A Bright Future Pediatrics for over 2 1/2 years now, and that’s great until your child is actually sick and you need to talk to someone (literally anyone) in the office regarding what to do. You can call 3 times and leave messages with people, and they don’t care. They don’t even have a medical assistant call you back. You just sit there all day waiting for this call back that is promised while googling stuff so you can try your best to help your child. When you do finally get an office manager (Kristy) to call you back the next day (of course because now you’ve complained), they BLAME YOU! You hear excuses about a text message that was sent (it never was...) and a message left on the patient portal site (that nonchalantly said to ignore the problem... a problem you never even talked to us about on the phone to ask symptoms or anything.) I am so outraged at how they would treat a sick 12 month old baby. Kristy never even asked how my son is doing.

We love Dr.Berry, and the staff! Everyone is always very nice and our kid loves the waiting room. We haven't had any issues with being overcharged or rudeness. I would gladly recommend them to other parents.

Staff are unhelpful, rude and condescending. They don't like to be asked questions or explain things. Dr Berry always seems to be in a hurry.

We have been going to Dr Berry for almost 5 years now. There have been a few different things that I wasn't too fond of but now this last thing has thrown be over the edge and I am done! They use codes when they do certain things and the thing that she did should have cost maybe $80, she did something I could have done myself but instead the code she used is making us pay over $300!!! no one would help or even talk it over! They can charge anything they want and make you pay!
