Dr. Margaret Adamcewicz, DO

I've had several visits, as well as some GI diagnostic procedures performed by Dr. Adamcewicz, now Dr. Schwiesow. I can say without hesitation that she is an amazing physician. Dr. Schwiesow maintains currency with new developments in the field of gastroenterology, and she did not hesitate to recommend a treatment for my condition that she believed to be in my best interest (despite other considerations). She always spent the time needed to teach me how to do the best job I can taking care of myself, including all the preventative measures to avoid additional problems related to my condition. She advocated for me beyond what a physician would normally do to ensure I had access to the best possible care. If she is your doctor, you are in most competent and caring hands.

I've never met a more useless doctor; she tried nothing and she's all out of ideas. She didn't let me speak during appointments, she was so busy talking that I couldn't tell her what was actually going on with my condition. A followup appointment often takes two months to schedule. I wish I hadn't wasted months trying to get her to help me, she wrote me off the minute I entered her exam, I could have been seeing someone competent instead. Learn from my mistake, find a better doctor.
