Margaret Frank is the absolute worst psychiatrist I've ever met. She does not care about anything you have to say, she never follows up or replies to you, and she will let you withdrawal from not taking your medication due to her not refilling your prescription FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. SHE JUST DOESN'T REPLY. Find anyone else do not go to her.

Dr Frank met with me via Teladoc and was quick to prescribe an antidepressant for 3 days. She informed me that my OBGYN would handle the prescription from there, no problem, which was not the case. My OBGYN was shocked that she would prescribe Prozac so freely and said that was not normal. Waste of money.

Provider agreed to provide Teledoc visits through my insurance provider. I scheduled a virtual appointment on a Tuesday for a Friday afternoon because I was concerned about my depression impacting my health, and wanted to know my options before it got worse. The doctor waited until Friday morning a few hours before the appointment and simply rejected the appointment without rescheduling. If this had been a serious major depressive order, this could have been disastrous for the patient. (And the population she claims to serve is disparately impacted by major depression and suicide ideation, so this is beyond unprofessional - it could be deadly.) I absolutely do not recommend this doctor.

I had an virtual appointment at 6:45pm and the doctor never showed up. I called Amwell Customer Support and they showed in their system that I wasn't available for the visit. I complained and they rescheduled for the same day at 7:45pm. Again, I waited 30 mins and the doctor didn't show up. I respect health providers time and show up to my appointments on time. By the same token, providers should respect their patient's time. I don't recommend this doctor.
