Although I don't generally provide reviews, I felt that I needed to in this case. Dr. Plocek made a slot for me in her schedule due to my extreme pain level. She listened to me carefully and asked the right questions while providing a comforting atmosphere. She expedited my hospitalization and provided immediate and short-term follow-up. As is often the case, my insurance company denied the claim. Dr. Plocek contacted my carrier and provided necessary clarification to allow coverage. I couldn't ask for any better service!

Phenomenal. My husband and I both see her. She seems to be able to find and fix things that other docs avoid. And, she is very kind. Very happy with her.

Terrible. She dismissed my symptoms and didn't run any test before a procedure was done. She needs to listen to patients and look deeper into the problem first before she offers a procedure. That procedure turned into bigger problems and she didn't listen. Bedside manner is horrible.
