I had a terrible experience with Dr. Mercado Medina (can you even call her Doctor?). She was rude, unprofessional, and constantly interrupted me. Her advice was incorrect and unhelpful, and she even made threatening comments. The nurse was far more competent. I'm shocked she still has her license and urge the hospital to review her practices. Avoid her at all costs.

Horrible bedside manner
She disregards your concerns, does not do a through examination and interrupts you as you’re speaking. The worst experience I’ve had with a doctor by far. Very unprofessional

She was a amazing OBGYN, I normally prefer male OB GYN but Dr. Medina had the touch of angle she was not rough but extremely gentle and patient with me. She was very personable and made me feel like I was talking to my bestfriend and not so uncomfortable like you normally feel when your talking about your sex life. I have seen this doctor twice for simple issues, the staff is nice but the office could be a bit more clean. She was funny and personable, I felt very comfortable with her.

Run don't walk from your visit her! .she was filling in for my regular dr and when I went in with a delicate situation...she didn't even give me a thorough examination! She hardly turned around from putting medical information into the computer....terrible experience plus I ended up having a more complicated diagnosis when I was able to get into my regular OBGYN.
