We loved the hygienist we saw but were not fans of Dr. De Moya. My toddler was screaming and scared to the point of trembling and while I was comforting him after the cleaning she took him out of my arms and walked away with him, trying to make nice. I found her abrasive and totally out of touch with how to manage a toddler

I can’t praise Dr. DeMoya & her staff enough. They were so patient & gentle with her, even while she screamed (they didn’t hurt her-she was just mad they looked at her teeth). They went at our pace & told me I could say stop if I thought she had enough or if I was uncomfortable. Dr. Demoya sat down & explained the concern I had about the groove in my daughter’s tooth in great detail, even drawing for me to explain better. A+!!!!

After 6 years of been a patient we were asked to leave as my daughter was now 13 and had adult teeth. This was not handled by dr demoya but pasted on to me by the tech, not very professional. Then I was told she needed a filling. After relocating to another dentist it's not a filling but a ROOT CANAL that is needed. Other dentist commented that this didn't happen over 6 months and it could have been prevented with the correct care.demoya didn't provide the preventive treatment, find someone else
