Got things done
I met with her Most following activity was handled by an assistant, Dr. Wannanrung, who is terrific. She does have a rather curt presentation and is very direct. The followup process at Mayo was extraordinary. I am impressed.

I regret meeting Dr. Margherita Milone
I came from out of state to see Dr. Margherita Milone. She didn't review my existing medical records on our initial consultation and cancelled my appointment with another neurologist in a different sub-specialty.When I asked for an internal referral to another sub-specialty in neurology for non-neuromuscular issues, she refused. When I got the referral from someone else in another department, she stopped it from being scheduled.I had many of the other issues other patients reported and I wish I knew beforehand. This department also makes a lot of mistakes, repeatedly. If Margherita Milone is assigned to you, do not pass go, do not collect $100.Ask for someone else.

Doesn’t care about patients
I’ve been seeing Dr. Milone for 8 months and I would not recommend her to anyone. She is not thorough and does not listen. She never read my previous medical records and doesn’t try and help her patients. If it’s not cut and dry and follow criteria to a T, she disregards it and won’t think outside the box. I went to Mayo because they’re supposed to be the best of the best, and I would not recommend Mayo neurology at all based on my time with Dr. Milone. She basically has left me with no hope, no plan, and no answers. I’m worse off than I was before.

She is my only doctor who understands my disease, and she takes all the time I need to answer my questions. Only complaint is that she is in such high demand, that it takes months to get an appointment. We need more like her!!!!

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!! She is rude, has a very poor bedside manner, and had predecided by my old records that I had nothing new despite the MRI showing a new arachnoid cyst! She has not responded to email and has not let me know what should be done if anything with this new finding!

I would never recommend this Doctor. She was Callous and Arrogant in her overview of my care. She did a rudimentary test of my reflexes, then exclaimed to me that I was "perfectly fine, but just needed reconditioning due to my lack of exercise." To preface, I was a personal trainer with a degree in Nutrition and Sports and Physical exercise. I was in phenomenal shape before I became ill. I sought further treatment and was later diagnosed with 4 different conditions that could have killed me.

She is arrogant and not very friendly to her patients. She acted as if any tests done any where else they would be wrong.
