The worst doctor in Towson. She should give up medicine and check herself into a wellness facility. One of the most inappropriate and unethical people in the medical field. Do not trust this doctor.

Dr. Blackburn is an outstanding doctor. She is genuinely charismatic and truly takes caring for her patients to heart. She’s very detailed and believes in the well being and care of her patients. Dr. Blackburn talks to and with you, and not at you. She makes sure you get the best care and that you understand all of your health concerns and issues. A very knowledgeable person who is caring and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Blackburn to anyone seeking high quality care.

Dr. Blackburn has a warm and easy bedside manner. She is always willing to take the time to listen and understand my issues. She works with me in planning my care rather than telling me what she's going to do. Her staff is friendly and kind and the wait area and treatment rooms are clean and well organized.

Dr. Blackburn is awesome, very friendly, clearly cares about my health and well-being, and listens to my own concerns and opinion about my own body and health.

When I lived in Maryland she was my primary care doctor. I miss her very much. She has much compassion for people & their health issues. You don't see that much these days. I wish she was here in South West Florida. I like the doctor I have now, but not as much as Dr. Blackburn. If I should ever move back to Maryland & I definitely would have her as my primary doctor again.

I have been very lucky to have been a paitent of Dr. blackburn for at least 23 years. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Dr blackburn is the best Doctor i have my grown children still go to her and they are both nurses. She follows up on her patients, she listens, she cares and she treats her patients with care and respect.

She has been my general physician for 12 years. In the past few years I've had serious bouts with flu and pneumonia. She not only has been on top of every aspect of my care, but also called daily to check on how I was feeling. The specialists she has recommended over the years have all been excellent. My fianc? is a doctor, and typically critical of other doctors. But he has been extremely impressed with Dr. black urns level of care, and has said he wouldn't hesitate to refer patients to her.
