Nice people in the caunter, friendly. The doctor knows how to treat me, she understands that one gets nervous, she is very communicative and patient. She calls personally to give you the results and reassures one of any doubts.

Dr. Bigus was very friendly but I felt like she was trying to get out of the room as soon as she entered it. This was my first appointment with her, I would think with most doctors there would be some form of conversation about me, my needs or my concerns but none of that happened outside of the basic medical history I gave the nurse or PA. I get pretty anxious with GYN appointments and was really looking for a doctor that I could build a relationship with and that would actually listen to my concerns but I do not feel like I got that with Dr. Bigus. At one point she was even walking out of the room while I was still trying to talk to her. It's hard to build any sort of trust with a doctor when they don't actually give any appearance of caring about you as a person. While the primary need that I came into the office for was addressed, there were other things I would have liked to discuss but felt like I wasn't given any chance to.
